I just read on TCU that Mike Aitken did his first rail again, since his horrbile accient last year. I don’t know about any of you, but Mike is by far my favorite rider and I am very stoked to hear this information.
I don’t know if he will ever be back up to doing things on a bike the way he was, but at least he is pushing himself to be there again. (we can all only hope) I could not imagine being on the top of the world the way he was, only to be knocked all the way back to the beginning again. On something he has ridden many many times in the past.
Only goes to show ya. Don’t take life for granted. You never know what could happen tomorrow.
